Presently L.A.U.B. is involved in different design levels for the urban construction re-oriented utilization
and marketing of the PRE-Park in Kaiserslautern, an approx. 60 ha large region of former French barracks.
The project control thereby includes the coordination, as well as schedule and cost control for contaminant
remediation, demolition design and development measures in close cooperation with the City of Kaiserslautern.
Beyond this, the coordination between investors and public institutions belongs to our field of activity.
